I had an order for 800 custom/decorated macarons and I was very stressed on the amount of Royal Icing I was going to need to make in order to decorate every single macaron. This stuff saved the day!! Consistency when adding that small amount of water is perfect, no issues. Taste is good, and honestly I got my monies worth. This whole container decorated 33 1/2 dozen macarons for me.

This was like cheating! So easy to use

I always make my own royal icing and this came up when I searched meringue powder. I bought it in a hurry without checking all the details to see it was ready to use royal icing. When I received it, I followed the instructions to try and stir it, but it was the consistency of the moldable play sand you get for your kids. I tried to thin it and the consistency and taste was terrible. Maybe the other consistency of this brand are better, but this is not able to be used for sugar cookie decorating. You wouldn't even be able to use it in an icing bag.

Good icing to practice and use for making roses for cakes. Good value for the money and the thickness makes making the flowers much easier. No funky smell.

Thickness was perfect to decorate our halloween cookies. The food coloring mixed well and the tasted was great. It especially was convenient and a great value. I would definitely buy again.

Let me start with I am just learning to decorate cakes/cupcakes. So, I bought this to practice. I found the texture hard to work with and I didn’t care for the taste.

I love the taste of this, works great for cookies when you are too lazy to make your own or just don't know how. It is a bit on the pricey side for what it is but all about the convenience. I will continue to buy until my laziness outweights the price point. Cookies in picture are this icing with color added.
