I can't say enough good things about this product. Not only does it work, but it doesn't upset my stomach like other supplements that are almost identical. The really good thing about this product is that it has really helped my sleep. I find that I rest much better when I take the right dose for my own needs. Other magnesium compounds have caused diarrhea. This has not caused any GI issues at all. It is a big tablet so can be an issue if you have problems with this. However, it has a hard smooth surface and seems to slide down easily without starting to dissolve in your mouth.

Works great by increasing mood and energy and decreasing stress. However the pills are kind of large so beware if you struggle with taking large pills.

Helps me sleep better at night

This has been one of the most helpful supplements I’ve ever taken. After a month of use, I am sleeping better, less anxiety during a period of time that should cause even more anxiety than ever, and I am way less itchy. My mosquito bites are tiny this year instead of the usual large welts I’ve gotten in the past.

I bought this magnesium glycinate on the recommendation of a friend for neuropathy in my feet. I had previously tried magnesium citrate and had not experienced any relief with that product. I gave it about three weeks, and I could definitely tell that I was experiencing relief of the pain sensation. Fast Forward over two months and I am sold. I still have tingling in my feet but nothing approaching the pain and discomfort I felt prior to using magnesium glycinate. The numbing and tingling are much reduced from before I started use.
