Okay at first I put a piece of chicken in there and kind of took it by the handles and was doing left and right and it didn't work. But I was determined but I kept doing it left to right left to right and it freaking works! I have recommended this product to so many of my friends and family it literally does shred whatever you put in there. I have put lunch meat in there steak chicken it's usually for my dogs so they have to have it shredded but it doesn't matter if this thing really really works like I said I recommend it you just have to give it a chance it doesn't just work like the first couple of turns you have to keep turning it back and forth. I'm thinking about buying some more

Yes, it works very well. I wished it was a bit bigger, but it really does the job! I like the non-slip grips under the product.BUT - I have one question! What the hell is the little 'tool' they send with it? It looks like a brush and blue spoon. Call me stupid, but what the hell is that? lol

I had seen this chicken shredder everywhere online and ordered myself one. Omg!! It is incredible!! This is going to make cooking some of my favorite dishes SO much easier! I was able to shred 4 chicken breasts in just minutes...and the only reason it took *that* long was because my husband wanted to try it! I'm going to order another one for myself as a backup and one as a gift for my friend!

I bought this because I saw FB videos for crockpot chicken recipes where chicken shredding is required. However, for Mother's Day my son smoked a Pork Butt which he does brilliantly. We decided to shred it for yummy BBQ sliders so I gave it to him to use for first time!! He loved it. So much easier than using forks to shred any meat!

This is a nifty little gadget that very easily shreds cooked chicken. It would probably be really good for pork if you wanted to make pulled pork. Also ordered one for my mom who intern ordered one for my niece and nephew.

It works well! I've shredded both beef and chicken in it with no issues. Sits firmly on the counter when you twist/turn it and and cleans up easily. One of those things I didn't know I needed in my life until I bought it!
