At 12 grams of sugar per 1 cup (37g) serving, it's for sure on the higher side for a cereal, especially one marketed with health benefits. If you're strictly managing your sugar intake or wanting a minimally processed cereal, you should look other places, but otherwise, this is a good breakfast.
