I didn't use this product but I purchased it for my very active senior mother and she swears by it!!! She has arthritis in her legs. Let me tell you, this stuff must be good because she ran out of this liquid and her legs began to irritate her so much, she didn't want to go outdoors. She became tired because she was in so much pain and rather stay home. So I rushed her another bottle and she was pain-free once more....I have no complaints just raves because if my mother is feeling good, this stuff is a MIRACLE.

Fast shipping, nicely packed from UK. But it wasn't pure Cod Liver Oil as shown in the product description but Cod Liver Oil mixed with Fish Oil. Anyways back to Nordic Naturals for my children at least its pure when they say it is.
