It's quite complicated how Uridine works in the brain, so I suggest informing yourself via the internet if you're interested in learning how it works in the brain.As for myself, focus and mood have been noted. Within just a couple weeks I have noticed my mind not drifting off, and my mood slightly elevated (especially at work). Surprisingly, even my memory appears to be a bit sharper! I'm assuming it has to do with Uridine working as it should!One nice thing about this supplement is that it's water soluble, so it can be taken on an empty stomach with some water with my morning vitamins.How it's optimizing my brain is quite complicated and since I am merely reviewing this product, I can't get into the details how it works. Taking this for focus and energy and hoping that it will help with both. Have only taken it for a few days so far, so haven't noticed any benefit yet. There have been no negative side effects though and the ills are easy to swallow. There is no bad odor or taste. The bottle arrived quickly and was packaged and sealed well. Recommend.

I love trying supplements to see what I can add to my regimen long-term so I wanted to try this as it's supposed to help your brain. My granny had dementia so anything that my brain can benefit from I want want to give a try. The 2 capsules you're supposed to take as a serving are easy to swallow and I didn't get any off flavor, smell or aftertaste from them thankfully (some supplements give me weird burps, ironically haven't had it with fish oils). Will have to see how it works over time!

This Nutricost Uridine has made positive changes in my overall wellbeing and headspace. I plan to continue using it as long as it continues to be a such a great supplement for me. I recommend that you look up some the benefits since I'm not allowed to say what all it does or has done for me. But I know much of the claims have already been apparent in me after using it. I will continue to keep this supplement in stock.

I've only been taking this for alittle while, but so far I'm really liking it. I've noticed some brain fog, having trouble focusing and some short term memory stuff and after doing some research on Uridine I've learned that it can be very helpful concerning brain functions and it's natural because it's something that your brain already produces.I've also read that it was best if taken with Chloline and Omega 3 so in order to give myself the best outcome I've done just that.Now I could be crazy, maybe it's plesebo, but I feel like I can think more clearly for the first time in a long time. I'll be able to see optimal effects hopefully in and a month or 2, but considering I've only been taking this for a couple of weeks and I already feel this good I'm looking forward to what the future will bring. My energy level even feels lifted and not one negative side effect to speak of, it's fantastic.I've had multiple supplements from "Nutricost" and they are definitely a brand that I trust. I've never had any issues with anything I've taken that has been manufactured through them. Although I'm not sure where it's made, the bottle just says it was made for Nutricost in Utah.Their price point is good and the quality has always been perfect.I will continue to take this supplement.5 stars.

This seems to be a good quality Uridine so far.- Capsules are easy to swallow- No odd aftertaste or ill effects- Price/Value is very good- Label has GMP stamp and claims 3rd party lab tested (however I haven't seen the COA yet)I haven't had any problem taking these, but I'm only giving 4 stars for now until I have a chance to view a COA from the company for this product. If/when I receive that, I'll revise my review accordingly.
