満足です。
ノイズを軽減してくれます。100％の遮断を期待されている方には物足りなさを感じるかもしれません。不快な周波数の音(掃除機、耳鳴り)を遮断してくれることを目的に購入したので、満足しています。100％に近い遮断が必要なときはこれに＋イヤホンや耳栓をしています。防犯のため片耳をずらすなどTPOで収音をコントロールをしています。

Miss understood the adjustment system
The adjustment system is on the silver wire part and it’s a little limited. It fits even for adults, but not so comfortably but the sound blocking is good! I think it get better if you get used to it
