Quality and health characteristics are outstanding

Excellent!
Fantastic oatmeal! If soaked overnight it cooks on the stove top in 10 minutes and the texture is super creamy. I usually like to add milk to my groats but this doesn't even require that. Perfect for breakfast!

Great texture and taste
Very good product . Right up there with the best . If you love oats , it's got great texture . It's either these or Flavahans for me depending on availability.

Looked like old stock. The package was almost tearing away when i received it.As for the taste, I would go with rolled oats as I prefer its taste over scottish oatmeal.
