This is an excellent priduct. I purchased this for my special lady as a birthday gift, and she loves it.Easy to use controls, permanent filter and one cup at a time brewing are excellent.Cleaning is a snap and my tenant downstairs bought one!The price is rught for what you get as well.I couldn't turn down the idea of iwning this, asi am a '70's kid, and remember the commercials.Buy this, it's worth it!

So far this product is working great for us. We are a mixed family of coffee drinkers...I prefer it by the cup, while the others prefer it throughout the day and make it by the pot. So, bring on these awesome cup and carafe options.Granted the machine is a tad bigger than the keurig that we previously owned, but I think that over time having the options to make a carafe or cup seriously outweighs the size.It's a nice design, very well thought out, put together and one that I have been eyeing for quite some time now..And I'm glad to own it. So far...it gets all good reviews. We have been using it like crazy since it arrived..No complaints so far.

I was so excited when I bought this coffee maker and count not wait to make my first cup as I was having issues with my existing coffee maker. As soon as I received it, I took it out of the box, and I was disappointed. The coffee maker looks very cheaply made and is flimsy. I thought I was going to break it as the plastic is very thin. The glass of the carafe is very thin as well and I am afraid that even gently placing it on a counter top may crack the glass. The stainless steel finish looks and feels very cheap. The buttons and display look unimpressive while the so called 'permanent filter' looks like it can break after washing it once or twice after use. After adding coffee and water, I turned it on and waited patiently for my first cup of coffee. I increased the strength level for added flavor. However, the coffee was just warm and not hot at all. More importantly, it tasted flatter than the coffee my old Krups coffee maker used to make. I threw the coffee down the drain and cleaned the coffee maker and quickly returned it as I want nothing to do with this disappointment. If you just want a cup of joe without any flavor or taste, this will do the job for you. But if you want a nice HOT cup of coffee, then stay away from this. Hope this review is helpful.

I have had 6 months and make 6 cups of coffee every morning. Every time I make a pot of coffee, the basket overflows, coffee grounds get all over the inside of thecoffee maker into the coffee pot and often into the water resivour. As of this morning when I put in 6 cups of water it runs 2 and stops. Maybe I got a dud, the return policy is gone so I'm stuck now.

As others have said, this does make a decent cup of coffee. There is an issue, however, with the poorly designed flip-down single cup stand. When not in use, it is flipped up and stores behind the carafe and has a little plastic tab that must press a switch inside the housing that tells the machine it is in "brew" mode and not "single cup" mode. Due to poor design, this does not always work. There is a little bit of play with the stand, and it will not fully depress the switch inside. This is incredibly frustrating when you drag yourself into the kitchen in the morning and, not only did the auto feature not work - producing a full pot of glorious Joe, but when you press the brew button to correct this, the stupid thing just beeps at you in protest and won't brew! I got so mad, I had thoughts of tossing it into the front yard! I now put a rag behind the carafe which then pushes the single-cup stand fully into the housing. I am thinking of super gluing it in place, but I then lose the single-cup feature. Anyway, this should not be necessary! I would recommend purchasing a different unit.

LOVE this coffee maker! We have an old house with low cabinets and have a hard time finding coffee makers to fit under them. This fits perfectly. I love the features and it doesn't have an annoying beep when it's finished (only one beep). Even though it comes with a permanent filter for coffee grounds we still use a cone filter to make disposing of the grounds easier.

Really nice combo brewing coffee maker, built in mug stand and adjustments make it very handy. I would like to see the back light stay on until brewing starts if used for timed brewing so you know it is set and easy to see at night. It's quiet when brewing, fill is from the back but doesn't spill.

This coffee maker is the best. It is the 2nd one I have owned. It makes hot coffee and keeps it hot. The handle is firm and easy to hold. Its capable of making a pot of coffee or just one cup. Its worth the purchase. We love it and would buy it again.
