Pretty easy n simple. Awesome metalic look on my dark hair so coverage is great. I would suggest that this stuff might not be great if you use it to lather up and style/paste your hair into a style. Instead I just styled my hair with my normal gel then once my hair was done I used this in generous amounts to paint on a top coat layer. Maybe a second spot touch coat. Be precise around the edges, I twist up some paper towel if u don't have qtip. Wet one of them to wipe the areas of skin before it dries to erase.Wallah, enjoy!

I should have gone with the reviews about the true color for this version of these temporary hair color creams. I did order two versions, though, just in case: Arathi and Permatory. Look at the side-by-side photo to see what I'm talking about. The logos are the same, so they must be manufactured by the same company. The Permatory's black is really a gunmetal grey with some shimmer to it, so the advertising is false. The Arathi version is a true black. I tested a small area on my salt/pepper hair and it looks like it'll so the trick for my Halloween costume.

Extremely disappointed! Would not recommend this product to anyone. This listing is BLATANTLY misleading.I was looking for hair color wax for a costume. I was not impressed with the customer reviews for the MOFAJANG branded products and decided to look for something else. At first I was pleasantly surprised when I came across the Permotary listing because it seemed like it was a different product. DO NOT BE FOOLED like I was. The listing pictures for the product show a label with no brand name on them. However, the product that arrives has MOFAJANG clearly printed on the label. Last time I checked, deliberately misleading consumers was illegal.Besides that problem, the product I ordered was white(again this is what the listing pictures showed), but in reality what I received was silver. I wasn’t trying to go for the silver living statue look. I took the advice of other reviewers and wore gloves when applying the product. It does make a bit of a mess. The only positive thing I can say is that it only took a couple of washes with shampoo to get it all out.

TLDR: It works. Would recommend.My hair is unbleached so very dark and natural. The product took to it like they belonged together. I was tremendously surprised. And when I was ready to wash it out it went right now the drain no mess in the shower nothing stained I was very happy.The instructions on here say to wash with warm water after applying. Don't do that. I did a test run and it rinsed out completely. I then washed, conditioned and blow dried my hair. I applied the product which almost immediately made my curls come popping back. I let it dry and applied more where I wanted. I did a once over blow-dry to make sure thing weren't still wet and I went on with my night. Even fell asleep with it in and no mess.Buying the green right now.

at first i was hesitant to apply the product w/o gloves but i did and it washed off my hands very easy with soap. the product itself is great i will buy again the color is vibrant and better than i expected for use on locs

Does not work for black hair! It does mention that it’s hard to color black hair but it should say it doesn’t work at all. Unless you don’t wash it out. If you don’t wash it out after, your hair will feel gross. The instructions say to wash with warm water after 15 mins.If you have black hair, expect most of the color to wash out. I used gold and it had a little shimmer left in my hair but it definitely didn’t look gold. Still looked black.I’m sure this product would work for light colored hair but I can’t recommend for dark hair.
