SPRI Muscle Relief Massage Ball

I already own 2 of these. It works incredibly well at loosing up knots in my back. I have a very bad pinched nerve problem and this helps keep it at bay. It is a godsend. Only reason I did not give it 5 stars is that one of the balls I bought last year is already worn out/slippery on the surface so had to buy two new ones.

This massage ball is AMAZING for deep tissue muscle aches/ relief. I had looked into several different options at sporting goods store near me and the prices were too high for what I was looking for. This is a very budget friendly way to get relief and great for follow up exercises for Airrosti. I would highly recommend this if you are looking at it!

This ball is very solid and perfect for what it is created for. i was expecting a ball that was softer but I'm glad that I got this one. A softer ball seemed like it would be more pleasant and maybe it would be, but you know what's pleasant? Effectiveness. This one did the job and it's very pleasant to not have the knots in my muscles.

I have a lot of balls for massage but this is the best one.

Basically a lacrosse ball, but gets the job done nonetheless.

I use this while at work and it has saved my shoulders and back from a lot of pain.

Helped my Plantar Fasciitis, used twice daily early in am right out of bed and before bedtime.

These are just regular 3 inch lacrosse balls, not the size they have in the description. Way overpriced.
