Q: Could i use a stamp on these? i want to make save the dates with them but i'm worried the stamp won't show up

You would have to sand the surface to get a smooth surface to take the stamp. They are slightly different in size and shape. But good product.

Q: can a candle be placed on these?

A small one maybe. They are not very big.

Q: Does anyone know if these can be written on using a permanent C.D writer style pen?

I use Sharpie pens and they work really well.
