i bought these because i had a nasty stye on my eye lid and the doctor advised me to put a hot compress on it 3 times a day. his suggestions was a paper towel in the microwave. obviously this was a bit useless so i came onto amazon and ordered these with next day delivery. i put one in the microwave for 20 seconds and then put a tea towel over it to rub the liquid around and ‘even out’ the hot spots. i then put it on my eye and it was very soothing. it holds the heat for around 10-15 mins.i put one pack in the microwave about 6 times (uses) but the plastic started to wrinkle and the texture changed. i then binned it and started using another.i put one in the freezer too and used it on a bruise. they are a nice size.good for the price. i would recommend :)

Excellent product. Please make sure you don't put product directly on skin, I did like an idiot and got a small burn, totally my fault.

Like these as you can place them where you want and as there are 5 included it's easy to always have a couple ready to use.

Not used yet but seem to be ideal for our needs. Even used in our cat auto-feeder to keep the meal chilled!

brilliant product, can use cool or hot, small so doesn't take up much room in the freezer. I add mine to insulated sandwich bag and they stay cool until lunchtime :)

I'm extremely heat intolerant due to chronic illness and these are PERFECT, so helpful I don't know how I've ever managed without them.
