Comfortable cot of good size, easy to carry and operate

We bought our cots because we go on multiple youth and missions work trips where we sleep in churches or high school gyms. I grew so frustrated with air mattress, I never wanted to bother with one again. I can't stand cold coming up from under me and I always slept freezing on an air mattress. The first night I slept on this cot, it was comfortable and I feel asleep quickly, I didn't have a pad on it and did wake up cold. I've since added the thermarest pad and since it reflects the heat back at you, it solved that problem. I would recommend that if you sleep cold.I was looking for a cot that was easy to transport and of decent size, my husband is six foot and I didn't want him hanging off of one. I also needed it to be easy for my daughter and I to put up and take down ourselves without any help. The cots are long enough for a 6 ft man, wide enough to sleep on your side and so easy to setup! You just pull it open like a camp chair. One other feature I intentionally looked for was something quiet. I didn't want some crinkle sound everytime I moved. I didn't have that problem with this cot. We have many more trips coming up and we are happy to have these traveling with us.We have also used them when we had extra house guests and they love them too!

I have tried other cots and didn't like them because they had a bar at the ends

I have had this for a month or so and I use it every day. I bought this for my home office. I admit it, I am older, work from home, and take a nap every afternoon after lunch. I used a blow up mattress for years, but I had to deflate it to put it in the closet. Now, I take my cot out of the closet and unfold it in less than 30 seconds, take my nap, then fold it and put it away in 30 seconds. I have tried other cots and didn't like them because they had a bar at the ends, or in the middle that was uncomfortable. This cot has no bars, and the head is slightly elevated. This works great for me because I am a side sleeper.

Seems sturdy and was pretty comfortable

I bought this cot for my kids to take camping. It was a little bulky to carry around, but the carrying bag seemed sturdy enough. Setting the cot up was pretty straightforward, but the amount of force needed to get all the joints locked down was a little too much for my kids. After the cot was set up and the joints secured, the cot was pretty comfortable not only for the kids, but for adults also.Be careful when setting the cot up in a tent as the cot’s feets can really scratch up the tent flooring. I ended up using furniture sliders under the feets to protect the tent floor.

Very sturdy - Fast set up and take down

This cot is perfect for my needs. It pops up in a few seconds and in under a minute, it's back away! The carrying bag is a strange, almost papery material so it makes "crinkle" sounds and seems like it may not last long. The cot, however, is quite sturdy and again, super easy to use. Keeps me off the floor. I've already used it twice - and once was a full week at a family member's house as a spare bed. I was really sick of plunking out $$ all the time for air mattresses that always seemed to slowly leak after a few uses. No more of that plus I don't have to get up off the floor. BONUS, you don't have the ever-present squeaky air mattress noise every time you shift or turn over in the night. I will admit since it's taught, it is fairly firm. So if you'd like any softness to it, bring something to put on it for a softness-factor.

Easy Camping!

This cot made our shelter camping a dream! It was easy to set up, easy to pack up and easy to store! We were using air beds, but this is a million times quicker to set up and tear down! Cot was firm and comfy!

Easily stored and comfortable

I have no complaints. I'm 5'10 197lbs, and I was able to crash out on this. I bought it to use at work, since I am (sometimes) forced to stay longer, and going home would result in less sleep. I place this cot in my locker, and when those days arrive. I take my shower, brush my teeth, and pop this cot. I sleep great on it. I love that I don't lay on any bars.

Great, but need a air mattress

This is a great cot, but you must have a small air mattress of some kind on top for true comfort.

Not bad at all!

I am 175 lbs, 5’7” and have been pleasantly surprised that I can actually sleep on this cot. It is still bulky when folded up but isn’t too much bigger than a camp chair. It doesn’t have any bars that hurt your back and my feet don’t hang off the edge. I did add a sleeping bag for padding and it is ok for sleeping on your side or back. This cot doesn’t allow sleeping on your stomach comfortably. The cot isn’t noisy and as long as you don’t sit on the very end it is very stable. I can sit in the middle without risk of it falling or collapsing. It is definitely about as comfortable as a cot gets. My kids love it too.
