24" x 18" Return Air Grille - Sidewall and Ceiling - HVAC Vent Duct Cover Diffuser - [White] [Outer Dimensions: 25.75w X 19.75"h]

This is the lobby restroom where I work. Every spring, when the snow melts on the roof, it runs in to an exterior vent and causes the ceiling to leak. Instead of it ruining more and more of the ceiling, maintenance decided to cut a giant hole for the water to come through and it had been that way for years. Gross. I finally decided to give it a makeover, but still looked terrible with that hole! This vent cover solved that problem. I had to find a very specific size for it to work and this one came exactly as described. The best part is that it hasn't rusted or even started looking dirty. Perfect solution!!!

The grill on my return for my air conditioner was rusted and because it was on a hinge, it could not be removed for cleaning. I was always embarrassed by it. This item fits perfectly, was very easy to install and the grill on the front comes off the frame for cleaning.....YAY

Good replacement for an old 24 x 18 air return cover that was too far gone to restore. This product is the front grill only, not the entire unit that you would need to install into bare drywall but it was all I needed as my enclosure was fine. Someone had just poorly painted the grill many times and it would never look clean again without hours and hours of stripping and wire brushing. This grill is not hinged, it has four screw holes for attaching to the enclosure - so changing the air filter will require removing the screws each time. I had to use pliers and twist the old hinges off the old enclosure and drill four screw holes into the enclosure to match the holes on this cover, but it beats ripping out and installing the entire air return enclosure. For less than $30 and ten minutes work our air return looks neat, new and clean again.

It's a cover for an air return. Came with the screws and was unbent in shipping. You may need to drill new holes in the vent lip or drywall since it's unlikely holes from a previous grille will match.

A perfect match for my existing air intake. Measure the ooenning carefully. There is no insert for the filter. Mine is at the base of the unit so I only needed the cover. Way better then sanding and attempting to repaint and it comes with 4 new screws.

Once installed product looked and did what it was suppose to do. I did seem a bit thin, but other than that it works great. Color is great nothing looks or seems low grade. I did come a bit bent on one corner but I think it was from shipping and was fixed very easily.

Item came bent and with chipped paint. Needed for a quick install so didn’t have time to return. Really disappointed and wouldn’t buy again.

all of the pictures show the grate to have 6 screw holes. What received only has 4 holes. Also the new 4 holes don’t line up with any of the original 6 holes. This means that we now have to drill 4 new holes an there will be 6 left empty. So we will have a total of 10 holes in the wall and only use 4 of them. Make sure you check before ordering.
