Wow, I really like this stuff. I've tried everything... including prescription compounds. With my back I thought I was about done for when all else failed but this actually made a difference. I like very much that it's nice and easy to apply with the roll on and the product itself is on the thinner side so I don't have to press hard to get it to work. The odor is really mild, it fades and dries quickly. I make sure to allow the product to dry completely before pulling my clothing over it so it soaks into my skin more thoroughly rather than my clothes. Hope that little tip may help others. Get the most for your product that way. Anyway, I'm really pleased with the relief this gives me, sometimes it's just enough to take the edge off to keep me from flaring and that's pretty big if that's all it was good for, but I use it regularly. When I can I catch the first signs of flaring and use this although I've been flared and it's brought me relief too. I plan on purchasing again and I've recommended to a couple ailing friends too.

I have really bad arthritis in my ankle to the point the pain can be unbearable and I have difficulty walking and even sleeping, This is the only thing that I have been able to use that actually cuts the pain well over half and makes it manageable. I have tried everything else and nothing has even come close. This is something I would have no issues sharing or recommending. In fact I am in need of a new roll!

I like this due to the roll on. My shoulder became so painful while sleeping that I kept this roll on bottle in bed with me. Had to use it about 3 times during the night. Surgery has reduced the pain, but not entirely. I'm still using it at night, but not as much. Drawback - liquid runs out of the roller spot when turned up. Not too bad tho. I don't think this product reduces the pain as much as some of the lotion products, but it's quick, easy, dries without a film, and stops the surface electrifying "pain" quickly.

I tried the plastic spray bottle, this roller "stick", & the aerosol/continuous spray. The roller applicator & this aerosol spray came in the "Extra / Maximum strength". The Extra / Max pain formulas may bring long-term relief from added ingredients.1 - Best (my fave) is this rollerball! This treatment felt like the most potent application. The rollerball let's you press hard on the tight spots, the pressure can help loosen painful areas. Make sure you can reach the spot by hand, if you will be applying the roller on yourself! The sprays all disperse & reach quite well!2 - Aerosol - Extra Strength Continuous Pain Relief Spray 4 Ounce Mess Free - has the added ingredients, and is superbly easy to apply. Might get more waste or atomized overspray, but this lays down a nice coating of quick relief!3 - Spray bottle - another 5 STAR product. Quick relief - large size option. Menthol mostly is the active ingredient in the regular strength products.Ratings: all 3 options = 5 star reviews! More accurately; 5.0 stars for the roller application - 4.75 stars for the Aerosol / Continuous spray can - 4.5 ish for the plastic pump spray bottle. I suggest you get a rollerball "stick" & the aerosol spray can, or spray bottle. They reach & apply differently. I apply these with an exhaust fan running or outside. The dry coating is MILD smelling - not as bad as others, but it is a menthol-esque smell for sensitive noses or anyone with disdain for smells from pain topicals. - TITLE: Stopain has great products! I have debilitating lower back problems that have been haunting me for about 15 years. I do not like to take pills & have tried a variety of otc ointments and a prescription for Lidocaine patches and nothing ever helped. I purchased the roll-on version and spray version of 'Stopain' after reading the reviews and am so happy that I did! There is a scent but it isn't overpowering and seems to fade very quickly. The product begins to work for me in as little as 10-15 minutes and seems to last for hours. The only cons I have is that it is extremely cold when you apply it which causes my back to tense up and it takes a few minutes to dry. I am still giving it a 5 star rating because all the roll-on products are cold (I assume due to the ingredients) and the drying time is insignificant when I think about how I feel without it. I'm so happy I tried this and will write a review for the spray-on version as soon as I try it.

My Grandma in China swears by these to stop her joint aches. She refuses to use any other brand that my mom and I buy for her. Bought in bulk just before our trip to visit her in March. I'm sure she'll run through the stock of these be bought for her. They are cheaper here and more of a time saver than for my mom scouring ads to look for coupons of these at our local Walgreens. Try it for your aches! Product is approved by my Grandma for years!

Glad I found this on Amazon. I get leg muscle spasms, especially in the summer when I'm framing, that drive me crazy. This stuff is fast and easy to put on. It has an odor, but it's not too bad for a muscle relaxer. It also works well on my back pain when that shows up. I hate getting old, but this product makes life more bearable.

Honestly, I'm not sure what I'd do without this stuff. I'm in no way affiliated with this company, this is totally my own personal review. I love it and recommend anyone with chronic back pain to give it a try.
