The only reason I gave the 1 Body Organic Apple Cider Vinegar 1,500mg per serving supplement a 4-star rating is that I am presently unsure of the benefits to my overall health. Currently, I've only been taking this supplement for a week. I stack many supplements to support my active lifestyle, and this product filled a gap in my daily detox support and didn't cause any adverse reactions to my other supplements. This product is easy to swallow and has a pleasant sweet smell. I love that they are using organic ingredients, their product is made in the USA in a GMP facility, and that they go through the added trouble of third-party testing. The bottle comes with a generous 40 day supply, so I will continue taking the product and seeing what results are achieved. I will come back around and update my rating after more time passes and will most likely take 1 Body up on their "your next bottle is free" promotion.

I like that I can get the benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar without the nasty taste. I really feel like it's helping my bloating and digestion. I have also had the benefit of a suppressed appetite, which is great. In the month I've been taking it, I have already lost 3 pounds. The only downside I see is that the capsules are large and having to take 3 can be rough. Other than that I really like this product.

Alone, ACV tastes gross and is very strong for most people, so I was glad to hear that these are available in capsule form. The problem is that the capsules are very large and they feel like sticky plastic when you take them, so if you're taking 3 then it gets a bit rough trying to swallow them. This was the only thing I didn't like. However, it did suppress my appetite so I'm looking forward to the other rewards of taking it everyday. I also experienced zero nausea or pain.

I take medicine that makes me feel like I have a UTI. I found that cranberry does not work for me because it's not that I'm too alkaline, I'm too acidic. Cranberry makes me more acidic. I've been drinking apple cider vinegar and it has fixed the problem. I know that seems odd that vinegar would make me more alkaline, but only apple cider vinegar works that way. The problem is I'm tired of feeling like I'm sipping salad dressing all day. I decided to try these. Whoo Hoo! I only need two a day to get the same relief as sipping all day. Thank You 1 Body.

This is very genital on my stomach, easy to swallow. I noticed after about 3 days i started to not be hungry all the time. But it wasn't to the point I felt full all the time. I was still able to eat but I haven't over eaten. I actually feel satisfied after having a small snack or meal. Wear before i hardly felt full. I would eat all the time didn't always feel hungry but i never felt like i had a satisfying meal. I actually enjoy my food now. ALSO SAW A MAJOR improvement on my bloating and my gerd problem

I ordered this product because I was having horrible stomach aches and painful gas cramps. I have been taking this product for a few weeks now. I feel like the product is definitely helping me. My stomach aches have gas pains have lessened. I was really surprised that this product also seems to be a fairly good appetite suppressant. The pills aren’t too large, they are easy to swallow, and they do not emit a bad odor.

This product is actually pretty incredible. Here is how I know. I take a medication that can be affected by this mildly, and it was, almost immediately. My doctor and I had to readjust the dose to account for the fact that I was taking this because it was effectively detoxing my system, or a little too effectively I guess. This is actually a great product. I am generally unimpressed with supplements after working in the nutraceuticals industry and seeing the lack of oversight. However I can say these work! They are awesome!

Always on the go... Hoping this supplement helps with the going out to eat and the bloat that comes along with it... I love Apple cider vinegar and I am very aware of its benefits taking the liquid can be really hard to do when you’re on the road so having a pill for a product that helps with holistic care certainly is a good thing
