Side French Twist Comb Decorative Wedding Ornament Along Top with Stone (Green)

The clip itself is a heavy plastic which was a relief, it's definitely sturdy enough for an event. I have very long hair (6" + past shoulders) and it definitely holds. That said, the tines on the comb are very thick so plan accordingly. If you have thin hair this clip may be too heavy to work properly for you.That said, I ordered purple, the box said purple, the piece in side was a blue-grey. Not a big deal, most likely will return it because of the color, but it's very nice. Also ordered and received the gray one and that one is beautiful as well.

Don't confuse these with the little hair combs you buy in the drugstore. These are fairly large and substantial. I have a lot of hair, but it's not thick, so I use these for decoration when my hair is in twist or bun. If you have thick hair, you should also be able to wear them just to keep your hair in place.With regard to value, quality and looks, I highly recommend them. The stones on the combs are extremely well anchored and just beautiful. You won't find anything like them here in the States at a retail establishment and get them for anything like the price from this group. They come from Thailand, so be patient with the length of time for shipping. Expect three to four weeks. Mine took three. Definitely worth it, though.

I am learning with some of these combs that they are not good in a vertical position. I like to slide one in on the side of my French twist and the come back out. The tines of the comb are too thick and heavy

I should review more often, but had to on this one. This hair comb is beautiful with a lots of turquoise stones. Love the wrapping on the back too. I've received many compliments & asking me where I got it.

Beautiful, well made comb, much nicer that the pictures and well worth the wait, although I received well ahead of schedule. The comb is sturdy black plastic and the stones are accented with gold beads. I was a bit worried, as one review mentioned the darker color and added a pic to the review. Overall is indeed darker than the product description as one reviewer noted - MUCH nicer in retrospect. Ordered two other combs of similar style and all are just beautiful!

Difficult to use effectively to hold my hair in place

I love this comb. It is well made and will hold my hair in place. I got many compliments.

The stones on the comb I received were mostly black, with a VERY dark overall look. It did not look as pictured. This comb was shipped from Thailand, thus, took longer than usual to receive.NOTE: In my attempt to return item for a refund, seller informed me I had to ship it back to THAILAND in order to get a refund!
