These are the vest corn muffins we have ever had. They are not grainy like so many.

It is yummy!!!
This muffin mix is so good, I can just bake it, and spread butter on it, and eat it all by itself. But it is also good as a side treat, with your favorite dishes. I, for one just LOVE it.

Best Corn Mix Available.
For some reason, this is hard to find in the grocery stores, so, hooray for Amazon. Best mix out there. I use it for skillet bread, muffins and hush puppies. For the hush puppies, I add 1/4 cup of cornmeal for a stiffer batter. When we don't finish the bread, instead of saving it for another meal, I crumble it up and put it out for the birds. They love it too.
