I'm not sure what I was expecting, but I slept like a baby the first night I took this. I continually sleep very well while using this product and become tired within 30 minutes. Whether this is due to the placebo effect or not, I'm enjoying the sleep that I receive with this product. I'd say it's worth a shot for anybody looking for a better night's sleep.

Anything from them is well worth the purchase.Pro tip: Don't take this until you are ready to fall asleep, if you take them and stay up watching TV or on your phone, they will not help you sleep. Turn off screens (you should do this anyway), turn off lights, pop the magnesium and close your eyes.
