easy to install, seems to work just fine even after a few rounds the cover is cheap and could have been better but for the money its a good start

Orderd, placed on and dot was so far up id have to lower barrel 2in to see. Customer service told me i needed a 1⁰ plate. Now ill give customer service 4 star for how fast they responded. But now i have to eait 2-3 weeks to see if plate fixes.When i raise back (further than 1⁰) the dot come down but then breaks apart like there is an oil line or something that distorts it. So i dont think this plate will help.However, i dont like givig bad ratings so middle i go, till i either one, get it fixed in which i will go (+) or it diesnt fix and i go (-), either way i will update this review.Didnt fix, lowered it some but not enough, contacted company, company said it should be good enough. So if u want to waste ur $ on it should be good enough.... Have fun

Showed up in one day, bolted it on my G 19. Once I had it zeroed in, and got the hang of it. Work great for several hundred rounds, did not have to make one adjustments. Window of view is a little small but you will get used to it. I will defiantly order again!

Like many other reviews, the battery on mine was DOA. Not a big deal, just frustrating. I didn't have any problems with the battery cap. The optic did mount down tightly and was not loose as mentioned in other reviews (mounted on my Springfield XDM - OPS). Dialed it in with a site bore and it seems to be pretty accurate. The optics aren't as crisp as other models I've used, but it's manageable. I probably wouldn't use it on my daily though. In general, you usually get what you pay and for the price of this unit I'm not disappointed.

PLATES FOR XDM ELITE FDE 4.5 you need to have your plates that came with the firearm ready for fitting this optic prior to ordering. The guys @ ADE were respectful and were able to email me in a very timely manner upon me already returning the optic simply because I did not have the plates readily available to fit properly. I had to cancel unfortunately due to me needing an optic quickly without extra work- again, nobody’s fault- just wished I could’ve went with ADE heard a lot of good things but ended up biting the bullet for an RMR- good luck

The picatinny base plate that came with the sight did not sit properly on the rail on my handgun. I know it is not the rail on the handgun because other mounts fit properly. When tightening the sight to the gun the base mount that came with the sight causes the sight to lift up from the rail on the gun on the side opposite the thumb screw. I contacted the ADE Advanced Optics to see if I could purchase another base plate separately and try again. It has been 22 days and I have heard nothing from anyone at the company. Also, and this is a bid issue as well, no matter what intensity setting I put the sight on the red dot was never round. It always had some sort of spider legs coming off the center dot. Not worth the money in my opinion. Sent a second email and now I am waiting for a response again.

took it to the range today shot 5 shots to settle in scope retorqued screws then got down to business in my first review it bore sighted in perfectly only a little adjustment to put it on target after retorqueing the screws I need just a little adjustment to get center the dot fired 3 adjusted about 1 1/2 in up for dead center fired 5 shots dead center for about an 1 1/2 in group continued to shot at steels cans jugs at from 25 to 35 yards with no misseds scope held where I aimed no drift no shut off from recoil it worked perfectly I shot 50 round day with no problem... i'll try it again in a day or so on paper to see if it is holding plus plates and jugs and cans will give an update from time to time to see how this plays out...
