The BBQ arrived well packaged in 2 separate boxes. (fairly heavy). Easy to follow instructions, for assembly. The bolts, washers, etc. came in a well marked packet to aid the build. Good quality compared to previously owned BBQ's.(particularly the tray for charcoal which is a thicker gauge steel than the surrounding body). I didn't rush when assembling and it took about an hour to do. Really pleased with the result. It is a good sturdy BBQ and easy to move around. The chrome effect handles and hooks give it a nice finish. I have yet to cook on it but don't envisage any problems. Really happy with the purchase and think it was good value.

Very good looking, large barbecue in which you can raise/lower the fire for optimum heat. Great for smoking whole legs of lamb, chickens, brisket etc. Assembly is easy but you need to borrow a child or small-handed person to insert the R-clips in the pins inside the assembly, it's a bit fiddly. Haven't had the paint-burning-off problem some have reported; this is the best value charcoal grill around.

The bbq comes in 2 boxes, but we weren’t aware of that, so when the first box arrived it seemed incomplete. The second box arrived 2 days later. The instructions are not very clear, so it made it difficult to put together.Now it’s assembled it is really good, very sturdy and great quality.

Takes a bit of time to put together, but instructions are pretty clear and easy to follow. It is a solid good quality instrument and works very well. Very pleased with it. Works very well.

Brilliant bbq, my husband loves it, he took photos to show his work buddies. It cooks the food great, easy to handle the movement of levels on the shelf for cooking. We'll built solid and sturdy, great quality, fast delivery, keeps food lovely and hot on the shelf above , I would highly recommend .

Amazing BBQ and amazing customer service. Part of the bottom rack arrived slightly dented. The BBQ still fit together no problem and worked fine, but the company offered to either replace it or give me a complementary pizza stone (we went with the pizza stone).The BBQ is very easy and straightforward to assemble and looks lovely.Overall, extremely happy with our purchase!

One of my best investments. It has made me fall in love with BBQ'ing again. The large cooking grills are fantastic, and so is the storage area for cooked food. Overall, it is a fantastic product.
