Ordered the traditional for my Ruger SR9C. It was a little snug on the first try, but I just followed the simple break in procedures and it fits perfect. Great craftsmanship will definitely be sourcing my next holster from this company. Thank you for a beautiful holster.

I generally prefer leather holster for their flex/comfort while still having solid retention.I own several different name brand leather holsters and 1791 is by far the most ridged setup I've tried. The common problem with leather is that it can quickly soften too much fail to secure the firearm. Out of the package the leather is extremely thick and unyielding. Break-in only took a few minutes and was ready for service the next morning after leaving the firearm holstered overnight. I used a P80 PF940C for break-in due to it's trigger guard being larger than an OEM glock 19. I now use it for my G19, G30S, G44, and PF940C. It fits all firearms fine without being too snug or too loose for any of them.

Good holster, just wish it had 2 slots to go around belt loops. You have to wear it in front or behind a belt loop.

Forget the naysayers, if you follow the manufacturers instruction and you order the correct holster, your gun will fit. Fits my Glock 22 perfect, good retention, and keeps the gun close to the body for OWB carry. I am a big guy and it's hard to conceal, so this is a good holster with a jacket or shirt tail out. Nice leather and it's comfortable. Takes awhile for the slot that the belt goes through to wear and stretch a little so everytime the holster is equipped it gets easier to put on.

This is without a doubt one of the best holsters I have ever purchased. High quality THICK leather, will last a lifetime. They even give you instructions on how to DRY stretch/ break in the holster. 👍The belt loops. WOW, stitched so tight I had to use a comb to thread my belt through. As far as wearing the holsters horizontal, it's just too awkward for me to twist my hand that way and draw my weapon. And, I really don't need another level 2 holster. So I sending it back.

Fits 9 mm shield snug. Purchased for cross draw position, but it won’t work due to printing.

Honestly review the belt Is amazing... unfortunately my holster got chewed up by one of my dogs aka bear 🐻 ...🤷🤦... Not to much damage.but noticeable bite intentions of a dinosaur 🦖. It's strong for sure 😄 durable from domestic & foren .. anything..... Got a leather guy who fits my boots to give it a buff.. Amazon greatly understands the miss happened by mother nature & refunded me back the money.... amazing customer service & amazing products like this holster

Extremely tight and needed stretching for a Taurus G3C. Left marks on slide of my new G3C after stretching using a freezer bag as instructed. After a lot of stretching it fits snug with a Sar CM9. Leather seems durable, stitching also seems fine.Wouldn't buy again, would look elsewhere. Don't appreciate honest reviews getting censored.....
