This is an expensive supplement for the amount of pills you get and the recommended dosage. I used this for a three to four months. I have recommended it to others for short term help. I am not sure it is worth the amount, but I do think in the long vision it can help reset your circadian rhythm. You will have to try it out for yourself and see if it is worth it.
