The Irish Pocket Potato Recipe Book Hardcover – August 17, 2015

Wife saw this book in Ireland, so I ordered it when we got home, nice little book with lots of recopies for potatoes, some you may know and others will be new to you, but all the ones we have tried were very good. Still many more to go but it keeps the potato dishes from becoming boring.

My father in law is the king of potatoes and he nearly read this cover to cover in 30min 😂 he has already bookmarked many recipe’s and seems genuinely excited with the new Irish dishes. 5 out of 5 taters precious 🥔🥔🥔🥔🥔
