Coffee Bags are great. I am a recent convert to your product after using another brand for many years. However I had an issue with this order. I ordered on 6th March but was told a few days later delivery would be 13th April which seemed very late. I couldn’t find a way of contacting you other than cancel or update delivery details so I just left the order and ordered more from elsewhere. I am happy to keep this order but unsure why I was told 13th April yet it came today - 15th March

These are my absolute favourite coffee bags. They're easy to use, and take seconds to make a decent cup of coffee. They're not too strong and a good taste. At only around £0.25 a bag, it's great value for money compared to the £2.30 cups I paid for in a coffee shop.

Why did you choose this product over others?:I have ordered these coffee bags before from the supermarket (in the box of 10)as they are individually packed they’re convenient for work and travel, and always felt they were good quality. I like that they come in a larger pack of 80.
