Not sure if it works or not, but in general good excercise item, and not that expensive.

Well worth it
I have to say, this little gadget is well worth it. I’ve been using it faithfully for my legs. I also use it for my arms. Great buy!

Low quality material wont last long
This won't last very long. Its cheap enough to just keep it till it breaks. It will lose tension after a few workouts. I'm petite not a buff chick so its not like I was to hard on the device.
