While I don't understand why my teen "needed" this, it does exactly what we bought it for...get this Gen-Xers...to transfer photos from her digital camera to her iPhone?!?!When we were kids, we only dreamed of a camera and phone built into one - now the kids do the exact opposite! Haha, whatever. If you need to transfer photos from a digi cam (micro SD) to an iPhone, this is perfect.I know it has other slots for other types of memory, but we haven't used them.

As having several game cameras that don't have the playback feature on them, this UNI Card Reader allows me to plug into my Galaxy A54 phone to see the pictures from the game camera. 👍

The functionality seems to work as advertised. However, this was purchased to view microSDXC files off a phone through the USB C port, and the reader housing is too big/bulky to plug into the phone through the phone case. If the reader case was just a little less bulky and exposed more of the USB C plug, this would be a 5 star product.

This thing is slick. I recently bought a laptop and it doesn’t have an SD card slot. Upon finding this little contraption I easily plugged the card into the adapter then connected to my laptop. It worked like a charm. I also opted for this one as it features the the USB-C connector as well, which will be nice when I want to use it on my laser.

Very happy with it. I put in the micro SD card, plugged this into my computer, and the file I needed popped up within 3 seconds. No downloading anything or any errors. It worked out perfect.

This is actually really awesome.The speed in which the adapter reads the card is amazing. With my old one I had to wait a bit for the adapter to click in and read the card, but this one, is it a matter of a second.I really like the fact that I can hook this up to other electronics, that will be really nice for traveling.This had no heat coming off it, that is nice. This was very easy to install it pretty much is a plug and play no installation needed.It seems very durable, not make of cheap plastic, it is really nicely put together.Worth the buy 100%

This reader is much faster through the USB-A port than the give-away reader that came with a card, and the USB-C port proved convenient for accessing SD cards from my Pixel phone.
