Excellent for anybody - but more importantly excellent for those with vision problems or not so good with smart anything. Setting it up could be a minor problem - but get a younger person to do it if necessary.

BRILLIANT
Wonderful product but training handbook and setting up instructions in German. Contacted the German Amazon seller who says this is normal as by law they only have to provide an online link to a pdf in English. OK. There are other outlets, he says, in the UK, who can supply Emporia phones with training handbook in English. Alternatively I can buy an English handbook direct from Emporia Austria for only €18.90 plus postage.

Great phone but disappointing that manual was in German and not English.
Bought this for elderly parents...definitely suitable for the elderly...seller kindly enclosed a complimentary UK/ROI plug...but instruction manual arrived in German. I contacted the seller asking for one in English...but still awaiting a response. Instruction manual really essential for my elderly father.
