works great
i bought my boat and like i always do i tested the bilge pump before dropping it in the water, the pump was not working so i bought this one to replace it, this one however can be run manual or automatic, once wired in i tested it and it pumps alot of water so i will be ordering another.

Check the wiring
Works great. Would’ve given 5 stars but the power wires were mixed up. The wire labeled constant power was actually the switch power and vis versa. The ground wire was properly labeled so it wasn’t a big deal, if you buy one of these just test the pump before making final connections. Nice long wires makes installment easy.

Very Low Pressure. Lift is much less than advertised.
I wanted to install this pump in a small bilge compartment on a deep draft sailboat. My thru hull fitting is located 45 inches above the bottom of that bilge. I checked the Seaflo website for this pump and it advertised a head pressure of 9 feet. This pump could not pump water to that fitting. If I disconnected the hose from the thru hull fitting and lowered the outlet of the hose to about 36 inches in would trickle water.
