Tastes Great and It's Healthy!
I love that this banana bread mix is a healthier option but still tastes amazing. For extra deliciousness, I highly recommend using coconut oil, adding 2 very ripe mashed bananas, and tossing in some keto-friendly dark mini chocolate chips. The result was moist, flavorful, and even kid and husband approved! Definitely a pantry staple in our house now.

Wasn't sure if I'd like these but they are really good.

Nice banana muffins
The media could not be loaded. This made a nice batch of muffins with good banana flavor. I added chopped walnuts. They were moist and soft. The texture when chewing is just a little grittier than I’d like, but it doesn’t make them bad.Recipe needs just slight adjustments in my opinion. I added only 2 eggs instead of 3 because I find 3 to end up tasting eggy. They also feel just a tad oily so I will add a little less next time.Warmed up nicely in the microwave for a few seconds the next day.Overall, I enjoyed these muffins.

Low Carb Not Keto Muffins for a tiny person
These muffins are not Keto. But they group it with a lot of keto products because they are low carb. And the company knows this, they don’t state anywhere it’s not keto because why would they. It is certainly heavily implied. Anyway I bought and made them.Can you eat one muffin and still stay in ketosis? Yes. But that muffin is the size of a new born babies fist. Not even joking, I made 12 muffins, and it takes two to cover the palm of my hand.If you’re a diabetic petite person, then you might enjoy these muffins. They taste fine, nothing to scream or cry about. Might scratch an itch if you have a craving.I miss bananas and I’m on keto for two more months, so I thought this would help my craving for it. My family ate the rest since I can only have one. They enjoyed it, with their one complaint being that it’s too small, but no flavor complaints.So give it a try, if I did this again, which I doubt, I would make 8 muffins instead of 12. (Maybe 6 instead of 12)
