Dietary supplement as advertised.
No complaints! I'm taking this supplement at the recommendation of a doctor, and it seems to help a bit. Tastes inoffensive (though I wouldn't recommend chewing it) and goes down fine even without water.

Eat before you take this
A bit of extra iron can do a lot to boost energy levels and to recover from workouts quicker. However, be forewarned that taking this supplement on an empty stomach will cause nausea, and your bowel movements will look like you're passing blood, so make sure to keep up on doctor visits as you won't be able to tell the difference if you actually do start passing blood.

Very effective
10 days ago from this writing, I showed up for my blood donation appointment. I was turned away because my IRON level was too low for their standards.
