Not really elastics
The quality is good , but the range of motion is very limited , they are strong but not very elastic, so they are good as an extra Pump for hip thrusts and squats, but no much more than that

They are really good for the price, I've been using them for my home workouts and I find them really great. Due their diferent levels of strength I can use them for different parts of my body. Amazing quality for an incredible price!When I purchased this Item i thought it would come off cheap quality but i was amazed by how solid it is plus they come in different strengths! You save x1000 more buying here than in sports shops

Pros:- They don't roll off and stay pretty secure around the legs- Good for people who already have strong musclesCons:- The largest (least stretchy) size is useless as it is very tight- All the bands in general are a bit stiff for beginners especially

For the price these are AMAZING!đđ»Love the quality and the price of course is great.Been getting great use out of these with my PT for warmups and workouts. âșïžIâve seen some reviews saying theyâre too tight but thatâs to be expected seeing as they go light, medium and heavy, you need to build yourself up from light to heavy (PT instructions).Look forward to using these and recommending to friends.

Great for home workout
I really enjoy these bands for home workouts.They come in 3 different resistance levels and they're great for leg workouts and add that extra level of difficulty.I can't wait to travel and use them on the road too.
