I finally decided I ought to be taking a B complex because I know it’s good for so many issues and parts of the body. Reading through this one sounded like it was high-quality. It dawned on me about a week ago that my hair and nails are longer and stronger. I’ve been taking it about a month. I’m also recently pleased with how the skin on my hands and face looks. I’ll stay with this brand because of the success. Now that I realize there’s clearly a difference (my nails no longer bend easily nor have I had any splits) I’m going to take it only every other day now just to avoid any possibility of toxicity, figuring that my body has now been saturated successfully, and I can back off a little bit.

This is one of the better B complex and B supplements I’ve taken. I had energy that lasted all day—where others I’ve hardly noticed a difference. I have been chronically fatigued for a long time and this made me feel like I came back to life—I kept telling my friends how weird it felt to not feel fatigued all day. The pills are kind of big but otherwise taste and smell fine. I took them around 7 am and they didn’t quit on me—even by 7 pm!

Really good blend of different vitamin "b"s to start your day. I take this supplement after I eat breakfast and get my day officially started. It gives me that extra energy I need to get my day going. It has a good blend of the vitamin "b"s that you need to give you that extra kick start. I strongly recommend it to everyone out there and to top it off it's a great value for the price.

Energy level is through the roof. The only gripe I have is that it turns urine the same color as pill. Easy to swallow and works

As expected

I’ve been taking this about a week now and it really does do what it says it will! I am not able to go workout and still have energy to get the stuff done at home after! I was feeling so tired after my workouts but taking this makes me more alert and I feel like I actually wanna get stuff done. Great value imo, I would absolutely buy again

I just received these vitamins a couple of days ago. I can't believe the energy these give me. By the second day, I could really feel it! It's almost 10 pm, and I'm STILL up! If this continues, I will only take half a pill!
