Been by taking this for few years, blood by test have improved.

I recently found out I had type 2 diabetes from a blood test showing my blood sugar level to be 226 (in the morning, having not eaten since the previous night). After confirming with an A1C test, my doctor prescribed Metformin. I decided to do some research before picking up the prescription. I saw the side effects, which I wasn't thrilled about. I then started looking at alternatives, which led me to Berberine. After researching and reading all the positive reviews, I decided I wanted to give it a go before taking Metformin. I returned to my doctor's office for a follow-up, having been taking Berberine for a week (combined with improved diet and exercise habits), and my blood sugar level was down to 133. A couple weeks later I purchased a blood sugar monitor to use at home, and my first-thing-in-the-morning blood sugar levels have been consistently under 100. When I've tested myself 1-2 hours after a meal, I have yet to get a reading of over 125. In addition, I've lost 20 lbs in a month and a half, and have experienced no side effects whatsoever. And in spite of the aforementioned improved diet, I still occasionally eat some of my favorite foods that are not recommended for diabetics (pizza, tacos, etc). If you have type 2 diabetes, to say I recommend this product would be a massive understatement.

I read reviews and I might try these for the reasons people suggested. I honestly bought these because I was in pain management and it's anecdotal at best but it's a better version of golden seal and I almost got in trouble because where I live cannabis isn't legal in any form except hemp and other physicians told me to use hemp products for inflammation and pain but pain management clinic had a zero tolerance policy. I can't say nor prove this worked to help rid my body of the veru trace amounts of THC metabolites but after a couple weeks my system was absolutely clear. I have read people have taken this to help regulate blood sugar which isn't a problem I have thankfully but in the process also lost a little weight. When I am medically able to take supplements again I wouldn't mind trying this again to see if it does actually have this possible benefit. Will probably buy again and update at a later time. No negative feedback.
