These of the best dinner I have had, they are very healthy for you. Contain lots are great ingredients. Value for money.

The way it comes, the spice level is very low/not spicy. I just add a little shake of red pepper powder for some heat, and it's just right for me. You may also want to add some cumin or something, just a little dash. The biggest complaint I think is it being bland, but it's really not a bad base, and takes two seconds to add a little spice to taste.These are perfect for me. No refrigeration needed, comes in it's own bowl. Hard to find good non-freezer/no-refrigerated meals. For health reasons, had to eliminate fast food. This is a good easy option for a quick meal.You could make this in bulk for like $0.40 a serving(if that) if you really want to be frugal, though for the convenience it's worth it to me.Real food, and easy.

Great taste but watch out if you don't like spicy... they are spicy.

The Mediterranean bowl is awful, the texture and taste are hard for me to stomach even at my hungriest. I recommend these to no one.They almost taste like cardboard and lime juice, the garbanzo beans are way too firm.The only plus is easy to transport and easy to heat up

This is one of my subscribe & save items. I first purchased it to use as a lunch option while I was working. Just grab the bowl in the morning & take it with me either in my ice chest or just as it is. I am now retired, but I still order it since it is good, well, for any meal - lunch - dinner - or breakfast.Like I mentioned above, heat it up in microwave, eat at room temperature or put bowl in fridge either with dressing mixed in or added when ready to eat and it's a good meal.The main thing with this is convenience - it's ready to eat just add dressing.Now let's look at the ingredients, no added high-fructose corn syrup!!! & everything else is recognizable. The main source of protein is the various beans, + chickpeas & couscous. High fiber meal, & fiber is what everybody needs in a very tasty meal.

I first purchased at Costco but they quit selling it last month so I went on Amazon and there it was, so I'm ordering a pack of six once every three months I believe. I cook it in a stonewave micro cooker because the cooker has an air release opening on the lid. I adding olive oil to the dish, then the rice, then break down the rice with water and cook in the microwave for 1.30 minutes. The rice comes out steaming hot and tastes delicious. You get six rice bowls in this order.

Surprisingly this lacks any heart, or flavor you might expect from "Indian" food. I had to add some habanero pepper flakes to pump it up. That being said, the rice and the beans were well cooked and nice despite the lack of spice. Think along the lines of Popeyes rice and beans for 4 times the cost.
