Very well built and easy to set-up/break down. Padding is more than adequate. The bench is quite stable too. Feels safe and comfortable in a variety of positions. Only reason I did not give this a 5 star rating is I want people to believe in the review (I am always a bit suspicious of 5 star ratings). Nothing fancy but gets the job done. Good price for what I need. It is sturdy enough and putting it together was easy. Is it something you would see in a professional gym? No. But is it something you would use to do what you want to do at home? Yes.

It may be good for some people but not me. I’m tall so the bed was too short. It was not giving me the stretch I was hoping for.Unfortunately, I must return.
