These are the best outer sleeves you can buy. They are great quality, seams don’t split (bought some cheap ones once and they split. You get what you pay for). They also fit gatefolds/double lps easily for the most part

I am a somewhat picky vinyl collector. I have albums dating back to the '50s, mostly '70-'80s, a few modern issues/reissues. Total of about 750 in my collection (just so you know with whom you're dealing). I purchased these because I thought the cost of most of the outer covers was too much. I was also a bit skeptical that I could get something this relatively affordable that would do a good job of protecting my album art from further deterioration. I find these sleeves to be an excellent bargain, to be transparent, and sturdy. I had some initial trouble fitting albums into the sleeves, but I think that was attributable to poor technique on my part. Unlike record stores that will often have the outer sleeve opening lined up with the album cover opening (for ease of customer access to inspect the vinyl), I definitely wanted these covers with the opening at the top of the album cover, thereby keeping more evil dust away from the recordings. Once I placed the spine of the album against the inside of the outer sleeve, the open end slides in fairly easily. Just saying. I have had no issues with these fitting single, double, gatefold, and most triple LP albums. Some folks have had issues with multiple LP applications; in my experience the outer sleeves have just enough "give" in them that they will stretch ever so slightly, especially over time, much like a new pair of shoes conforms to your feet. I now have my entire collection protected by these sleeves from Invest in Vinyl. We will see about longevity, but I don't think these are flimsy and do not anticipate any issues. If you are interested in protection for your vinyl on a budget, I highly recommend these sleeves.

These sleeves work well. A little snug to put in the album but there’s no excess material either.Durability:I bought them because they are 3ml thick compared to others at 2 ml.

I've been very into collecting vinyls the last year and a half and am finally committing to sleeves outter and inner! After lots of research in Amazon and Reddit, I choose the brand invest in vinyl. Like everyone else in these reviews, the packing for the sleeves was broken, but not enough that I was not able to use all the sleeves. The thickens seems good against scratches and will protect them as well. Clarity is ok, as you can see they are a little foggy but I don't mind it, I care more about the protection of the vinyl. Good news, they fit on all my vinyls! Here are some photos on how different albums fit! (#1 has 3 records, #2 only has 1 record, #3 has 4 a little tight but still works great!, #4 has 2 but like 20 pages of a book inside and fit well, and #5 is a normal 2!) I ordered the inner sleeves from this brand as well (ones with rice paper) and those will be coming later this week! Overall super great so far after first impressions! Biggest tip is take your time putting them on just so you don't rip any (always good to be extra careful) I really only took the star off for clarity and them being a little foggy but, that's all up to preference!
