Due to various health conditions, my night-time discomfort has turned me into a wonky version of the Princess from "The Princess & The Pea" story. Head and neck comfort were becoming really bothersome (both during the night and the aftermath of pain and twinges the next day too). I have tried just about every variety of pillow I could afford (and some were very expensive!) but until now, the versions I had tried didn't really work....So, I had spotted a memory foam pillow with chopped stuffing that could be removed or added to, depending on preference. After a quick search on Amazon, I spotted these "Molblly Sleeping Pillows" and at the very reasonable price (for a pair of pillows) I decided, "Nothing ventured, nothing gained!" I am so glad I did!The pillows arrive tightly shrink wrapped in plastic within a sturdy cardboard box. Upon opening the bags I was expecting a smell (as other reviewers have commented on) but there wasn't any - just a "new" smell but not overbearing. I fluffed up the pillows and left them to expand. After a couple of hours, they had transformed into plump, well filled pillows so I went to prepare one for my night's sleep. The pillows arrive in a sort of "dust jacket" (which I put the excess stuffing into - very handy!) Then there is an outer zip on a white case and another zip on the inner section which contains the stuffing. Decanting the stuffing was easy (although guess-timating how much to take out/leave in for your own personal taste might take a bit of trial and error). It felt like I was pulling out way too much stuffing but once I'd zipped up the two cases and gave it a shake the result felt just what I was looking for - supportive but soft and squidgy!I put a pillow protector over the whole pillow and then my usual cotton pillow case. When I laid down in bed it felt amazing (funny how such a small change in your life can bring you new joy!) The pillow is indeed just the right height for me to back or side sleep and squidgy enough that I can wear my earphones in bed (for tinnitus) by creating a small dip in the pillow stuffing. My neck didn't ache at all during the night and this morning it feels less rankled and painful = big bonus!These pillows are amazing. I am so glad I took a punt and bought some. I'm looking forwards to many more nights of comfort! Highly recommended!

Big and comfortable but not made great, they are a funny shape but they do the job and are full of stuffing

My brother originally bought a set of these and showed me them, based on the fact they were shredded foam and you could adjust the inner layer if needed. When I tested the pillows, I thought I had best buy and see how they work out.Previously I had used down pillows and more recently a hotel style pillow. However, these didn't provide good neck support and they reduced in size quite quickly (see further down).When I got these pillows, did the usual airing out and puff up to ensure they were adjusted, did not remove any of the shredded foam, and was pleased at how the pillow on initial appearance did not sink when pushing down and releasing.Neck Issue Resolved:After sleeping with them just after 2 nights an existing strained neck issue subsided and some minor pain was gone. Note; I also had another issue due to the strain, which I didn't tie to the neck problem, for some time over the last few years I had a buzzing (droning) like sound on the left side of the head (heard in the ear, but on that side where the neck pain was), I had chalked this up to an ear issue (I had grommets fitted recently to resolve an eardrum problem - so realised it wasn't ear related as such). Anyway, after the same 2 nights of sleep with proper neck support and using the new pillow this buzzing sound stopped, it was really invasive and that sound had gotten louder - all gone, what a relief!If you have neck problems and/or possible neck strain - try these pillows they've saved me a headache of going to the GP (no joke)!

Absolutely brilliant loved that you can put more or less filling in each to suit your own needs..takes a few minutes to get it correct but oh my goodness I actually slept like a baby and was not fidgeting about the bed to get to a comfy position it's instantly a comforted position and the head position is in the right place and it is only using one of the pillows and not two absolutely brilliant value for money replacing the ones that are not to much less than these ones to be honest I think they've solved the problem with sleepless and restless nights and definitely not another one of those new ideas and costs a fortune very happy with my new purchase and it will last for a long time.

Not sure 100%, they are what they say but they are very firm i don't know if too firm for me, i know personal choice and i am very light so also don't know if that's why.my husband likes them and says Support him more then be they bounce back and no flatness and cool, still the same thickness from day we got them so value for money, if you want a support firm pillow.

These are great pillows. They came vac packed and initially I was concerned they would not reform to shape. It also took a minute to realise the non woven outer was not the pillow protector but part of the packing.The pillows come with masses of filling (great if you like a thick pillow). They are soft and bounce back immediately.If you like a thinner pillow there is a zip where you can remove some of the shredded foam. I kept what I removed so I could replace it once the pillow aged.The only thing I would say is that if you like a very thin pillow this might not be for you as I think the stuffing may be prone to splitting moving to the sides if there was only a small amount in it. I’ve not tried it though so I may be wrong.
