This is the best pre/pro-biotic I’ve tried!! Kombucha daily was the only thing that worked for my reflux and being regular, but it’s not easy to travel with to destinations thats it’s not readily available. This is 100% as effective and so much more convenient!!

I have been using this for over five years, and decided to try Align, after hearing so much about it and seeing it at Costco. Over the course of using Align for over a month, I noticed that my bowel movements were getting less frequent and many days in a row. I was not having any bowel movements at all. I was bloated and uncomfortable. I went back and re-ordered this product, and within two days was back to having normal bowel movements. I will never switch again.!!!

Amazing. I had tried yogurt drinks, as well as other probiotics, to small success. Then I got this, and it’s made a world of difference. I find it works better taken before bed. Don’t know why. But I feel so much better. No bloated feeling, all around healthier gut. I’m a huge fan after just a couple months.
