It keeps things clean and a convenient alternative to filling the chamber with loose material which is a faf and cleaning is a chore.Cleaning the cooling unit is simple. Just use food grade isopropyl alcohol and you’re good to go in no time at all.It’s a shame you can’t use it whilst it charges as the biggest negative is it’s battery life. Another minor annoyance is you can’t use a dedicated app on IOS devices but there’s ways around that. If you’re on Android you should be fine as the app is intuitive and reliable.Sadly mine has a mushy button that’s hard to press. Especially if you’re trying double and triple presses for boosting the temp.It’s still one of the best vapes out there and build quality is superb all things considered.

I've had a cheap Starry Xmax and a Divinci IQ2 but this is far superior to either of them and I don't touch tobacco at all anymore, which is the best thing about it.

The media could not be loaded. Stay well clear of this device and go for something that is cheaper, this was £250 and only lasted a year! They want me to RMA back to Europe which will take months….not worth the hassle.I took very good care of it and now it won’t charge and says it needs to cool down every time you try to charge it, doesn’t matter what cable or plug you use it’s broken and leaving it for 24 hours didn’t make a difference. There is clearly a design flaw because you can read about it on Reddit.Bought a £50 one that works perfectly.
