Amazing!
I struggle with patella subluxation, especially with activity involving lateral movement. I've tried at least a dozen different braces by other big brands like McDavid, Donjoy, etc that were three times the cost but just never fit quite right and/ or did not provide adequate mobility. This is the first brace I've tried for my chosen sport, where not only did I feel supported, I acclimated rapidly and eventually forgot I even had it on under my equipment. Thank you Shock Doctor for providing a great product and giving me confidence while active!

This is well put togther, but have to return, bc it doesn't fit.
I wanted so much to like this and USE it, but alas it doesn't fit my knee or calf. I thought it would because my calf is smaller, but it's swollen from a fall, and thus the product won't work for me, I'll see about getting a larger size.

Good product!
I bought this knee stabilizer for my 15 year old daughter. I read all the reviews and bought an XX-large and it fit perfectly. It really is a great knee cap stabilizer. It is not loose on my daughters leg and fits her just right. It does fit snug though (which is exactly what I wanted). Just know that the first time you put it on it might be tight. Once you start to wear it often, like my daughter does, it starts to mold to your leg and loosen a bit. She says it fits a lot better now after wearing it for 2 weeks. It helps support her knee cap well and works well when she is working out with her physical trainer. It is a little tight, but that is exactly what I needed for her knee cap.Update: (3-7-15)---Awesome product! My daughter has had this product for 2 months now. Even after 2 months the knee brace still fits her snug and it is perfect for her. Usually, and with all of the other knee braces we have gotten her, all the other ones would stretch and become bigger. This is very dangerous for someone who dislocates her knee caps in an instant. This shock doctor, after 2 months of wearing, is still snug on her knee. I love this product!!!! In fact, I have told her ortho doctor about it and he is now going to recommend this knee brace to his patients. I am actually ordering another one for her left knee. My daughter has used almost every knee brace out there and this one has really proven to be the "good one".The problem---the problem with this knee brace is that you have to be careful when you are taking off and putting on the knee brace because the straps take a little while to figure out. At first, it would take my daughter between 5 and 10 minutes to figure out how the straps go when she would put her knee brace back on. Just know that, at first, it will take you a little while to figure out the straps. Once you have this problem figured out then you are good to go. The other thing is that this knee brace does run small. If you think you are an XL you better order the XX-L. It will loosen the more you wear it, but this knee brace does run small. I had to order my daughter the XX-L. She is 15 and 5'7 in height. She was a swimmer so her thighs and legs have a lot of muscle.I have attached a photo for those of you who are having issues with the size.

An effective & strong knee brace
A very effective knee brace. It has flexible side stays the support, but don't adversely restrict movement. Good patella (knee cap) support. Stays in place well with velcro straps both top and bottom. Material and stitching is strong & durable.

Love them, but not the price.
I just wish they were a little less expensive. I wear mine to work out and I love them, but I go through about 4 a year.

Size Does Matter
We measured exactly as instructed and this item wouldn't even pull up beyond the knee. I attempted to process a return/exchange but did not know that this item was ineligible for return. The original packaging is in tact and the product has never been used. Don't waste your time guessing the right size because you will be stuck with an unusable product. If you do, plan on being out the money!!!

Comfortable… except
Over all this brace is more comfortable than some I’ve tried. Doesn’t bunch and pinch behind the knee like most do.However, the brace has a silicone tag on the inside with the brand, size and other info. This tag that’s molded to the inside, no way to remove besides cutting the brace out where this tag is, causes serious blisters on my skin above my knee. Blisters have shown up from the day I first used it. This definitely should be fixed.

Great product
Great Stability. A bit of a leaning curve in getting in on...but once on it offers great support.
