Need a good ice pack that lasts hours, boom you found it!
This thing is like a god send to me! It’s so simple BUT IT WORKS. Really the only real special thing about this is the headband, but that’s whats so awesome about it. You can get any old ice pack of simulator size and it will just work! The band will wrap around just about anything and will even stick to the Elastic part so you can go smaller than what you’d think, making it as tight r loose as you please. The ice packs are fantastic, you can just use them for anything you’d use an ice pack for and there way better than the cheep lunchbox thin things you can get in a pack of 4 to 5. Really it’s such. Useful tool for what ever you may want or need id say get two headbands and a few extera ice packs and your life will just be peaceful! (Also for sleepless nights it doubles as a killer eye mask. Just pop the packs in the fridge or microwave and put it on your eyes, best sleep ever! ) also im saying this after a YEAR of almost daily use, its good stuff~ don't think, just buy!

Small but nice
The cover that came with these ice packs is really soft. I love that. I got these to put under my chin while wearing a hard cervical brace. It was bruising my chin/jaw and just over all so uncomfortable. These ice packs were small enough to fit in my brace, they stay cold for a good amount of time, and you get multiple ice packs. They seem to be well made. I haven't had any issues with them at all.

Would recommend for larger scale injury
Decent size for larger injury/ surgery. Perfect for my shoulder surgery to ice my upper back. Stays cold for a while

Just as good as the ones they use at Physical Therapy
I've got other ice packs, but they are smaller and shaped differently (rectangular, long and narrow) so they are not as good when it comes to my knees. This one is the same size as the ones they use at PT and it is more flexible than the other ones I have too, so it is easier to cover the top and bottom of my knee. Make sure you use a towel as these also seem to be colder on the surface than my other ones that have the "flocked" fabric on the outside. 15-20 minutes is good, and I don't have to reposition it.
