I don't know about you, but if I get one of those big party size potato chips bags, I can eat a lot more at one sitting than a single serving size bag! The temptation is just to take one more chip, and again, and again! The deal with larger bags of chips is that frankly by the last third of the bag, most of the chips are broken or in a state of crumbling. With individual serving size bags, each bag is full of potato chips that are still perfect for the most part. I enjoy dipping these in a little sour cream mixed with onion soup seasoning. I make an individual portion which is perfect. The only issue with ordering 40 bags at a time is finding some place to keep them! But I thought this was a great value and a regular bag of chips is like $6 these days. So the price is right! My bag expires next month but truthfully I'll probably have eaten most of them by the middle of the month!~The Rebecca Review

Ruffles have ridges. You must have ridges to eat dip with chips. Great chips. Delicious. Small bags helps control eating too many chips.
