Gives an energy boost and is easy to swallow however I don’t like the taste of it

I thought this vitamin was going to be a large size for a one a day. But it isn’t and I can easily swallow it.

No icky after taste, no icky burp taste, large but still easy to swallow with glass of water. Better if taken with food if you have a sensitive stomach.

I have been low in iron and this definitely helps in that area and have been eating good
