The fire pit is a great product. I really like the stainless steel lid to keep moisture from getting inside and making a mess. When I received my fire pit, both the fire pit and the lid came damaged. I contacted East Oak customer service. They sent me a link and asked me to send them pictures and I did and within 48 hour they responded and said they would promptly send me replacements which they did. In a world where it seems like customer service is a thing of the past. It’s great to find a company that still cares about satisfying customers. Thank you very much. It’s a great product. Would definitely recommend.

I was super impressed by the East Oak fire pit! As a 63 year old, I get skeptical about online reviews. I’ve had cheaper fire pits that rust out and my wife has allergies that makes it hard for her to enjoy smokey fire pits, so I rolled the dice and went with the 29” East Oak and it’s well worth the money, very little smoke, looks great, burns really well and easy to clean out. Unfortunately after inspecting the wooden handle ( real wood) on the fire hook, I noticed it had a split in the wood. I contacted customer service and they immediately sent me a replacement with zero hassle! I don’t have the luxury of a second home, but if I did, I would order another one!

This fire pit puts out more flame and heat than our similar sized solo stove at half the price. The grate has warped slightly but doesn’t affect the function. It also burns pellets well

Love it! Got a good deal, then was surprised by the cost of the lid, but I know they are trying to be profitable by upping accessory price, and the pit has a ton of expensive stainless. We've used it 3 times so far, and it's been wonderful. So much hotter than my old cauldron style, and burns logs hot and completely, seeming to each last longer. I got the largest one and it was bigger inside than I expected.

I purchased the previous version of this fire pit from East Oak in 2023. I loved it and ordered the cover that could be purchased to place on the top. It allowed it to double as a table when not in use. We got the 21" version and soo n realized it had a tendency to send the occasional burning amber sparking out. It has burned wholes in my outdoor rug and couch-ottoman. The company offered a screen at one point through Walmart but the company does not acknowledge it. I have written the company and they insist that its in the "design phase". That was 6 months ago. I cannot order any of the alternative screens because they all support a round opening. The East Oak opening is oval. Now, they have come out with this other version the Fuoco Fire Pit. It doesn't even have a cover available for it no less a spark screen. It is simply irresponsible for East Oak to come out with products and do not provide the needed accessories.UPDATE: East Oak reached out and have made accomodations to compensate for the limited use around my furniture. They have also repeated their commitment to coming out with a spark screen which I am anxiously awaiting. I have upgraded the rating to a 4 star as I really like the product and own their patio heater and cooler as well.

Bought a so called "used" item, but it arrived looking brand new!....very happy with purchase.

I bought this fire pit two years ago and have used it extensively. It works extremely well, with very little smoke once the fire gets going.I recently noticed that it wasn’t working quite as well and discovered that the ash pan was quite warped. I contacted East Oak to see if they had a replacement part. They responded promptly and after I confirmed the order date and sent them a picture of the ash pan, they promptly shipped me a knew one, covered under warranty. They even followed up afterward to ensure that it worked to my satisfaction. I haven’t had customer service this good in a long time. Highly recommend the product and East Oak
