Hey guys,I've been using this product for 18 years! and have a few things to share plus some note about negative reviews I've seen.Firstly I started using Muscle milk after a severely broken leg to help me recover more quickly in preparation for my sports season. not only did I accelerate my recovery time I notice accelerated gains in the rest of my training program which was AWESOME!! so after my recovery I kept using this product.I've tried many other protein powders over the years especially during my competitive powerlifting days trying to find the "Best one" and always found myself coming back to this brand for 3 main reasons.1) It works! as stated above it helped me recover from severe injuries quickly and accelerate my lifting gains when healthy.2) it tastes great! I've tried all the flavors (Even root beer) and they are all great, my favorite is banana cream because the flavor mixes well with other ingredients such as peanut butter, oat mean, fruit or what ever else I'm trying to sneak into my diet. Because it tastes good Im very consistent about taking it which leads to better results. many other brands I've tried leave a funky taste in my mouth or have a ton of sugars and junk in them that leave my stomach out of wack for a few hours. This product doesn't mess you up like other stuff does.3) My final note is when I'm taking muscle milk I never get sick, I don't know why but for the last 10 years I've taken at least one serving daily and I haven't been sick once, maybe it's dumb luck but the added vitamins and stuff can't hurt!Some thoughts about the complaints and negative reviews I've seen.1) Muscle milk has several product lines. they have a lean version, a normal version, and a weight gainer version. they all taste a little different due the formula differences to hit the target Macros. the packaging looks very similar so I can see why people might get confused.2) This product has been one of the best selling protein powders since it came out in 2000 (over 20 years!!) not only should that speak for itself but it also makes it a target for competitors to leave negative reviews to try and boost their own product sales.Bottom line, this stuff works! it's been selling well for 20+ years, and it taste great, you can't go wrong, just buy it and go lift some weights!Cheers!

Easy to mix and taste great

I have been a big fan of Muscle Milk as the amount of protein and nutrients it provides is wonderful. When I was lifting, I took this daily with a combination of Beta Alanine and KreAlkaline Plus. I was able to increase my weight by 20 lbs of muscle. The definition and mass was the most I've ever had. I also started using the Muscle Milk as a meal replacement, even though it isn't made to be one, and it allows me to get the nutrients my body needs and the protein for my muscles, keeps me full till dinner and is cheaper than buying food.I noticed that they recently had changed my favorite flavor, Strawberries and Creme, by adding chunks of strawberries, this made my gag reflex not too happy. I came across the Banana Creme in Walmart and after getting a small container, purchased the large one. If you are a fan of Banana Laffy Taffy, you will enjoy the Banana Creme flavor.I haven't gotten back to lifting yet, but I enjoy Muscle Milk more than the other Whey products as the flavor is much better, at least when I had tried them, and it increased my mass in a short amount of time without any adverse side affects or body sensations.

We love this flavor and getting it at that price point was good value! We drink a lot of protein shakes, so this nice big container was awesome !

Very neutral taste. Wish it had a stronger banana taste. Blends fine. Overall good product

Best tasting flavor

I've loved this brand's banana flavor since I first tried it and it's still my favorite! It's also good mixed with other flavors (strawberry, chocolate, vanilla, even cookies and cream, etc) or toss it into a shake with fruits and veggies for a flavor boost. I usually mix it with skim milk or 1%, but once in a while water, and it mixes well and tends to not be chalky or clump up. Given good deals, I'd buy this all the time! The only negative I could say is that it's "only" 32 grams of protein per serving instead of the 50 in the pro series, but if you want 50 grams, get the pro series I guess. Since I tend to mix two scoops (one serving) with milk, I do gain added protein from that, so I'm not complaining about it.
