Is is suitable to clean and desinfect stainless steal tank, which i use to ferment yogurt?

Hi HelenVWP is a cleaner-steriliser that cleans and sterilises in one operation, lifting stains and killing all spoilage organisms. It is a total steriliser that is simple and effective and we have never had anything but good reports about it. The manufacturers say that it has been proven in use by the brewing industry and commercial wine bottlers for over 35 years. The only thing you need to make sure of is that your rinse all the equipment thoroughly to remove any trace of the VWP before using it to ferment your products in, but then this would be no different from any other product of this type.We supply the brewing and winemaking industry both commercial and domestic so this is where our experience lies and I can see no reason why it would not be suitable for your use as sterlising and cleaning in the brewing industry is equally as important as in your own. Is this suitable to clean Motorhome water tank

I’d have thought this was perfect, although I have never used it for that purpose. I sterilise many kitchen items, water bottles and hydration systems. You must follow the instructions carefully and be aware NOT to inhale the powder or fumes as it can be hazardous, especially for asthmatics, if inhaled

On the tub it says "contains amongst other ingredients Troclosene Sodium". According to PubChem this compound is used as a sanitizing, bleaching, and disinfecting agent in multiple areas including swimming pools and water treatment. It is a chlorine-based cleanser. The tub says it is made in England by Clean Tabs Ltd, but gives an address in Wales. Google Streetview of the postcode reveals an industrial estate with a sign at the entrance showing Clean Tabs Ltd in unit 6, but this unit now has a sandwich business called Brombys. There is a company called Clean Tabs Ltd with an address in England that make water purification products, but they do not list VWP as one of them. However, they do make a product called Puriclean which sounds very like VWP and is sold in an identical 400g tub. VWP also appears to be identical to the former Chempro SDP, another cleanser and steriliser that contained Troclosene Sodium.

Can it be used on stainless steel and copper?

Hi there, I have used this on both stainless steel and copper just make sure its well mixed with some warm, shake it till it dissolves. Use it and shine with a dry cloth. 👍
