Switched from a higher does of magnesium glycinate of 400mg, but find this one of 250mg to be more effective for getting me to sleep. 💤

These tablets are absolutely HUGE! Definitely horse pills! I made the mistake of trying to swallow the first one and it got stuck in my esophagus. I was finally able to dislodge it with my coffee. It was quite painful! Luckily the tablets are easy to break and I’ve been breaking them into multiple pieces in order to swallow them. Hopefully they are working to elevate my magnesium levels. Haven’t taken them long enough to notice much of a difference.

I rarely post product reviews unless a product is extremely high quality or the reverse of that. In the case of Qunol's 250mg Ultra Magnesium complex, I offer this review simply as a PUBLIC SAFETY notice. BTW, I / we purchase numerous Qunol products, which is why we thought we'd try this one as well. They state "easy to swallow coating" on the package. If this is not false advertising, I don't know what is. I am a typical 180 lb. adult male and in far better health fortunately than most of the folks my age. This pill might be "easy to swallow" by a horse or perhaps a Grizzly Bear, but not for most people. This is the largest hard pill that I have ever seen. I came VERY close to having it permanently lodged in my throat and fainting so.....beware. Shame on Qunol for not simply packaging this product as a 2 x125 mg pill that would completely alleviate the choking / life threatening possibilities. Thanks to Amazon for making this right .....

I don't buy any magnesium supplement but these...they are by far the best on the market.

Es un buen producto, cae bien al estómago, pero es una pastilla enorme. No tengo problemas para tragar, pero NO es recomendable para personas con alguna condición, porque puede atragantarse. La capa que facilita supuestamente el tragado..., nada que ver.
