Laptop was delivered 10 days back. Delivered right product in very good packaging.Positives :very smoothly running, multitasking working very effective, resolution good enough, battery backup 4 to 5 hours.Improvements/ Negatives:Camera quality is okay okay, Screen shakes from hinge when I sat under fan at speed of 5, Sprakers are not too loud.Overall Great product experience.

Average Laptop, very slow processor
It's a average product. I had pavillion series laptop so decided to again go with a pavillion series but unfortunately bad decision. For very basic applications also, it processing very slow. Even facing issue to open 2 application at one time as it goes to not responding.Battery life seems good after 2 weeks use but processor sucks.Built Quality:3/5Battery life:4/5Speed: 1/5Processor:1/5It's not worth it. So please don't go with this product.

Overall a great choice
It's an great choice for me but most of the buyers facing warranty issues like the warranty is already started few months earlier even before purchasing date. So you need to contact to Hp support multiple times.
